At Aura Rose International we love all of our products and we hope our customers do too. Therefore to make it easy we offer one return on any change of mind purchases. Freight charges for this return is the responsibility of the customer.

Returning your item(s) is easy, simply follow these steps:
- Contact Aura Rose International online via email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will be sent an email containing a return postal address and a return/exchange form.
- Pack your item(s) and completed Returns/Exchange form into a bag or box and clearly label your package using the postal address provided.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you require further information. Returns are available on full price Australian orders only. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. Freight charges on returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
- Aura Rose International does not offer free returns due to change of mind.
- Refunds — Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders due to change of mind. In the event that a product has presented a fault in the first 3 months of purchase please contact email@example.com with a photograph of the fault and a proof of purchase.
At Aura Rose International, we take pride in our quality design and manufacturing processes. We offer a Three Month Warranty on all our products starting from the time of purchase from our official website aurarose.com.au.
If you find a fault with our product during the warranty period, we will endeavour to replace the faulty item once we have received the item back to our quality control department.
